How we handle your data

Who we are

Prism Studio is a small studio based in Egypt. We design and build business systems, AI assistants and automations. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].

What we collect

What you tell us in the project request: what you would like built, how the work is done today, your company and its size, who will use it, when you would like to start and how you like to work.

How to reach you: your name, role, work email and mobile number, the way you prefer us to reach you, and how you heard about us.

A few details from the page: its language, how you reached the form (for example from a demo), the first page you opened on this site, campaign tags if your link had them, and how long the form took. They show us which pages help, and which requests come from bots.

A bot check: Cloudflare Turnstile looks at signals from your browser, such as its IP address, to tell people from bots. Cloudflare says it does not use them to identify, profile or target anyone (Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy terms).

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To read your request and reply within 3 days with what we would build, how long it would take and what it would cost, and to ask you a short question if we need one more detail.

To keep spam out of the form.

We never sell your data, and we don’t share it with anyone outside our team, apart from the services below that run this site and our email.

Who keeps it

Only the Prism Studio team reads your request. It is saved in a database on our Cloudflare account, kept in Cloudflare’s European region, and emailed to the team’s inboxes, which run on Zoho Mail and Gmail.

This site runs on Cloudflare Pages, and its fonts load from Google Fonts.

If the form can’t reach us, it offers to send your request from your own email app instead, and it reaches us as a normal email.

What stays in your browser

While you fill in the form, your answers are kept in this browser, so nothing is lost if you leave the page. They are cleared once the form sends your request, or when you start a new one. You can also clear them by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

The demos keep what you do in your browser only. Nothing you type or open in a demo is sent to us.

How long we keep it

If no project starts, we delete your answers 12 months after your request. We keep only your name, company, email and mobile number, so we know you if you write again. Ask us, and we delete those too.

If a project starts, we keep what the work needs while we work together.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it or stop using it, and you can withdraw your consent. Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law 151 of 2020) and its executive regulations give you these rights.

Write to [email protected] from the email you used, and we’ll reply within 3 days.

When this page changes, we update the date at the top.
